One of our biggest reason for sailing Provident is to explore the Scottish islands by sail.   Over the years we have discovered lots of bays and inlets to anchor in.  Some with small villages and the odd pub, some accessible only by boat, some surrounded by bird colonies and other wildlife - many with all of these.

There will be plenty of time to explore ashore; we are happy to be your guides, but you may well have ideas of your own.

Visit the Scottish Islands

We regularly visit many of the Scottish Islands, and we have trips planned; from Mull and Iona to Coll, Eigg, the puffins of Canna and the Treshnish Isles. Explore the east coast of Skye and the northern sea lochs, visiting the legendary Eilean Donan Castle. We travel north to Rhona and the Shiants. South to Jura, Islay and Oronsay. For the adventurous among us, we have two 10 day trips per year where we will try to get to St Kilda or go on some other big sea voyage.

If there is anywhere you would love to visit just let us know. We can help you book the right trip and do everything we can to get you to your favourite destination in the Scottish Isles.
